RETURNS POLICY

All sales are final. 

We can ONLY offer a like-for-like exchange or repair if an item is faulty, or doesn’t do what it’s supposed to. If we need to contact the individual maker we may not be able to resolve the issue on the same day, but we will take your contact details. Either the maker will contact you directly, or we will on their behalf.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and with a receipt/proof of purchase from Maker Mart. 

Items which are perishable e.g face masks,soaps and skincare products, along with earrings are not eligible for return. 

Gift vouchers and sale items cannot be returned.

All returns are at the discretion of the shop manager.
